St Austell Healthcare Social Prescribing.
Kernow Men’s Society has now been added to St Austell Healthcare Group’s list of local social prescribing activities.
This means that men in the Healthcare group of surgeries who are referred internally by their GPs to their social prescribing practitioner will have KMS offered to them as an activity option.
Many thanks to Hayley Burgoyne, the Social Prescribing Facilitator at St Austell Healthcare, for seeing us through this process and we look forward to welcoming men referred to us by Hayley in the future.
