KMS met with the local social prescribing facilitator Hayley Burgoyne of St Austell Healthcare recently with a view to getting our group on the local list of approved Social Prescribing Activities.
Currently we are in a “vetting” process period and we’ll make updates available as and when we have more news. Here’s keeping our fingers crossed!
