Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, our Society’s Secretary, Mr David Greenwood, has had to relinquish his role with immediate effect.
We thank David for his input into the group over recent years and hope he will be able to re-join us in the not too distant future.
In the meanwhile, at our group meeting today, we elected a new Secretary to step into David’s shoes.
Mr Andrew (Andy) Bennett was proposed, seconded and confirmed by a vote of attending group members and is henceforth our new Secretary.
Welcome to the committee Andy, I’m sure you’ll do a grand job!
